TERMS & CONDITIONS: Competitions are run every calendar month with one prize of a Full Website Assessment and one prize of a 20% website discount to be won per calendar month. Each prize will be part of a separate prize draw to the other. Winners will be chosen at random. There is no cash alternative and the prizes are not transferable to any other person, business or company. It is the responsibility of the winner of the Website Assessment to provide us with the correct website URL for assessment. The Full Website Assessment will only be carried out on the website address submitted at the time of entering the competition and is subject to the Assessment Terms and Conditions. The Website Assessment will be carried out as soon as the winning entrant has confirmed their website address with Business WebStart. Confirmation of the website address must be provided within a calendar month of the request from Business WebStart for confirmation of the website address. After this time, the prize expires and is no longer valid. The 20% website discount will be applied to the final cost of a Business WebStart website bought by the winner from Business WebStart. The remaining 80% of the final cost of the website is payable in full and is subject to our normal Website terms and conditions. In accordance with Website Creation procedures and terms, a deposit will be taken prior to the commencement of any work on a website. Only one entry per person per calendar month. Competitions run from 1st of the calendar month to midnight (GMT) on the last day of each calendar month. Website Assessment Prizes are valid for one month from the date of confirmation request from Business WebStart after which time the prize expires and is no longer valid. The 20% Website Discount Prize is valid for a period of 3 months from the date Business WebStart sent notification by email to the winner, after which time the prize expires and is no longer valid. In respect of the 20% website discount, the winner must have instructed Business WebStart to commence work on their website and paid the appropriate deposit within the 3 month valid period. Business WebStart accept no liability or responsibility for incorrectly entered email addresses or undelivered emails. It is the responsibility of the competition entrant to ensure the correct details are provided. The name of the winner of each competition will be announced in the Business WebStart newsletter the following month, posted on the Business WebStart website and may be posted on the BT Tradespace forum. The competition will be drawn within 7 days of the monthly competition closing date. Winners will be notified by email within 2 weeks of the closing date for the competition of that calendar month. By entering this competition and submitting your details, you accept these terms and conditions and agree to receive the Business WebStart newsletter.
